1. Why is it so cheap?

We use our organization license key embedded in the tool we provide. This allows us to offer the original software at a much lower cost while keeping it fully functional and genuine.

2. Is this a genuine version?

Yes! You will get the full official version of Windows 11 Pro and Microsoft Office 2024, with all features unlocked — no trial or demo version.

3. How do I use it after purchase?

After payment, the download option will be visible on the website.
Download the ZIP file and unzip it.
Inside the folder, open setup.exe to start installing Microsoft Office.
Once installation is complete, run the file named Kartdeluxe_Office_Activator to enable full access to all Office features.
Then, click on Kartdeluxe_Windows_Activator to unlock all Windows 11 Pro features.

⚠️ Important: Before installing, make sure to remove any previous versions of Microsoft Office from your system.

4. How will I receive the product after payment?

Once your payment is successful:

The Download option will appear on the screen immediately.
You can also go to My Account → Downloads anytime to access and download your product files.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to using your product after purchase:

Uninstall any previous versions of Microsoft Office from your system.
Run the setup.exe file included in the folder — this will install Office directly from Microsoft.
Once installed, double-click the Kartdeluxe_Office_Activator file — this will unlock all features of Office.
For Windows, simply double-click the Kartdeluxe_Windows_Activator file to unlock all Pro features.
